Our Roadmap: A Guide, Not a Guarantee

In our 2024 End of Year Blog, we shared our broader development goals for the year. Now, we’re excited to take it a step further with this quarterly roadmap format - complete with a feedback survey - to help shape the future of our development together.

That said, we’d like to set clear expectations: this roadmap is a guide, not a promise. At Pegasus, we live by the mantra, "current priorities guide us, but agility remains key". In other words, our plans are flexible. Sometimes, a project turns out to be bigger than anticipated and needs more time or changes in the industry require us to pivot quickly.

While our commitment is to prioritise the goals we share here, like life, sometimes things happen, and we’ll have to reprioritise. At the end of each quarter, we’ll provide a recap of what we achieved and explain if priorities shifted or items were rescheduled.
