Our Roadmap: A Guide, Not a Guarantee

Twelve months into publishing a quarterly roadmap, it’s genuinely great to look back and see how much has been delivered. Sharing priorities publicly comes with accountability, and we’ve worked hard to hit the milestones we set, ship meaningful improvements, and be transparent about what’s been rolled out along the way. You can explore the highlights of 2025 in our End of Year wrap-up.

As we move into 2026, we’re continuing with this quarterly roadmap format to keep momentum going, giving you clear visibility into what we’re working on, what’s shipped, and what’s coming next. Just as importantly, client feedback continues to play a key role in shaping our priorities, and this roadmap is designed to support that ongoing conversation.

That said, we want to set clear expectations: this roadmap is a guide, not a promise. At Pegasus, we live by the mantra, current priorities guide us, but agility remains key. Sometimes a project turns out to be bigger than anticipated, or changes in the industry mean we need to adjust our approach.

Our commitment is to prioritise the goals we share here and communicate openly along the way. At the end of each quarter, we’ll continue to recap what was delivered and explain where priorities may have shifted or items were rescheduled.
