Each agency has its own database partition, ensuring separation between your data and other agencies while allowing Pegasus to proactively monitor your usage and scale your environment as your business grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Server maintenance is essential to ensure Pegasus' systems' reliability, security, and performance.  

    By conducting regular, scheduled maintenance, Pegasus optimises your user experience and proactively protects against security threats.

    Occasionally, Pegasus will notify you of a Server Maintenance Window in advance. During the maintenance window (typically 2 hours and outside business operating hours), Pegasus may be inaccessible.

    If you see one of these notifications, it is important that you inform other members of your organisation who might be affected by this temporary downtime. 

    Pegasus will be fully operational once maintenance has been completed.

    • Database journaling
      Database journaling records before and after values of all transactions, creating a log of any change made to the system. Database journaling means that should you need to roll back or recover data, Pegasus can isolate specific data sets, allowing for precise corrections and minimising data loss.

  • Yes. Pegasus supports a variety of integrations, ensuring that you are not locked into a one-size-fits-all solution and have the flexibility to craft an ecosystem that works for your agency's operational model.
