Q4 2025 Development

Learn more about what we’re working on in Q4

MAJOR PROJECTS

  • We’re wrapping up the Supplier Reconciler. A multi-quarter project that brings all reconciliation tasks into one central place. The scope has been expanded to include query management, so chasing down discrepancies will be a lot smoother.

  • Not every update is visible, but it’s all important. Q4 will be heavy on infrastructure work, including penetration testing, platform maintenance, and integration reviews, to keep Pegasus Edge stable, secure, and ready for the next stage of growth. You’ll notice a lot of minor improvements coming out this quarter too.

  • With the Job Snapshot Dashboard rolling out, we’ll continue refining our dashboards to give teams sharper, at-a-glance insights. Dashboards remain a big focus area, helping teams cut through reports and get to the data that matters.

MINOR IMPROVEMENTS

  • We’re making several improvements to Media Search to make it faster to access, review, and export results. You’ll now have a dedicated menu item in the Media module, an Incomplete Status filter to find incomplete bookings, and the option to export results to Excel (with the Classic print option reinstated). Together, these updates make Media Search an even more effective tool for managing your media bookings.

  • We’re enhancing Accounts Receivable to give you clearer visibility of outstanding invoices. The AR Invoice Register will now include Invoice Balance and Payment Due Date, while AR Transaction Inquiry adds two new columns: Payment Due Date and Days Overdue, with overdue items highlighted in red. These updates make it easier to track balances, see when payments are due, and quickly identify overdue invoices.

  • We’re adding a new Job Count column to both the Invoice Selection List in Production Invoicing and the JCR Batches screen. This shows how many jobs are included in each batch, giving you quick visibility into batch size so you can prioritise high-volume batches and easily spot and delete empty ones to keep things tidy.

  • We’re making several improvements to User Client and Supplier Access to make it faster, clearer, and more secure. New filters make it easier to find clients without knowing their accounting level, shortcuts from User Enrolment let you jump directly to Client or Supplier Access, and colour highlights make exclusions clear. You’ll also see who last updated access and when, right on the screen, without running an audit report.

  • We’re improving the batch creation process in Media Invoicing. When creating batches, the system will now only generate ones that contain bookings instructed to invoice. If no bookings fit the criteria, you’ll see an error message instead of ending up with empty batches. This means less time wasted and more focus on the batches that actually need billing.

  • We’re updating the holdings transfer so that plan number is treated as a significant change, just like client, product, and program name. The transfer will now compare the plan on each booking with the plan on the cross-reference file and update the booking if it differs. This allows agencies to change the plan number once on the cross-reference record and have the bookings automatically align during transfer.

  • We’re enhancing the Invoice Selection List by adding three new columns: Billing, Revenue, and Prebill. These values will match the “This Invoice” totals from the Proforma Profit Register, aggregated for each batch. This gives you a quick, accurate view of amounts waiting to be invoiced, helping you prioritise action and see where large values are sitting without running a proforma.
