A log is being developed to track when invoices are emailed and to whom. This information will be recorded and stored against each invoice for better reference.

We’re making the Leave Accrual Report more flexible and insightful. A new branch filter will allow for more targeted reporting, and users can select specific leave types to include.

The report will provide clearer details, including anniversary dates, current entitlements, brought-forward balances, accrued and approved leave as of the selected date, and approved leave and remaining balances as of the next anniversary.

To improve usability, the Excel export will be enhanced with separate Branch and Department columns for easier sorting and filtering. These updates will ensure more accurate and practical leave tracking.

Managing your cash receipts becomes smarter! To keep your financial records clean and accurate, we’re adding a new warning message for case receipts that have already been reversed. If a user attempts another reversal, they’ll get a clear alert, helping prevent duplicate entries and keeping AR and GL reconciliation hassle-free.

We’re making it even easier to plan! The Job Forecasting shortcut in Job Management will let users select a future year forecast file for the next financial year. With the updated ‘Show up until’ dropdown, users can choose the month and year to display up to, making it simple to forecast seamlessly across financial year-end.
